An abundant selection of deer processing options

Our deer processing options include bologna, summer sausage, plain, garlic, jalapeno, and cheese snack sticks, hot sticks, landjaegers, thunder sticks, jalapeno sticks, brats, breakfast links, jerky, fresh-smoked polish bacon, and much more.

 

In addition to our deer processing, Niemuth's Steak & Chop Shop also offers retail meat, catering services, and meat processing services. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Deer Processing

*$99.00 per deer brought in, price includes skinning, deboning, grinding hamburger and packaging. any additional beef or pork  meat/fat added is an additional charge.

 

*a $1.00 per pound fee will also be added if customer would like vac-pac

 

*any deboned meat brought in for grinding and packaging will be charged $1.00 per pound

 

*grinding alone .75 per pound.

 

*a 10 pound minimum for grinding and packaging is required
